IT Specialist/Network Administrator

Candidatul ideal:

• • IT support experience relevant;
• • Working experience/knowledge on Microsoft server products, virtualization environment and networking;
• • English spoken/written - intermediate level;
• • Ability to solve IT incidents and tasks;
• • Ability to issue relevant documents;
• • Advantage: ITIL, ITSM understanding;
• • Ability to achieve due-dates;
• • Ability to handle well multiple tasks and prioritize them in order to achieve due dates;
• • High interpersonal and communication skills/ good common sense.

Descrierea jobului:

• • Install and maintain technical equipment (computers, printers, telephones, fax);
• • Maintain the network, the Internet access, enhance network infrastructure;
• • Protect network information as well as internet traffic security;
• • Provide backup of all data/ information from computers and/ or servers;
• • Implement and maintain the necessary software for the company's activity and ensures the proper functioning of the hardware/ software and the networks;
• • Ensure protection against viruses, install and ensure the update of antiviruses;
• • Receive the purchased IT goods and keep the IT inventory;
• • Monitor the functioning of the IT system; resolve deficiencies found or signal deficiencies and ensure that they are effectively resolved by IT service providers.
